The provincial trips of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, reached Golestan station. This province has a seven-thousand-year historical background and many handcrafts. Sattari aimed to learn about the technological achievements of the province to realize the problems for the development of the products and services of the province.

The vice president started its trip by visiting several knowledge-based and technological companies in science and technology park and visited the Golestan agricultural and natural resources research and training center. In this trip, the ceremony of handing over the lands of the province park to knowledge-based companies will begin.

Visiting knowledge-based and technological companies of Islamic Azad University, Gorgan Branch is another part of this one-day trip. These visits will continue with the opening of the videoconference of the Innovation Center of the Islamic Azad University of Aliabad Katoul, and finally the online opening of the Innovation Center of Bandar-e-Turkmen.

The Innovation Center of the Islamic Azad University of Aliabad Katoul will be established to promote scientific growth and occupation generation in the province. The purpose of this center is to develop entrepreneurship in this province. Bandar-e-Turkmen Innovation Center has also been established to guide the province's elites and entrepreneurs. The center supports the creative ideas of start-up businesses.

During this trip, Sattari also goes to this building to check the conditions and location of the building of the pious house proposed for the establishment of the Innovation Center for Creative Industries, and then inaugurates the Innovation Center of the provincial park and visits the teams stationed there.

Unveiling the first online television, opening the research and technology fund, and visiting the exhibition of knowledge-based companies’ technological products are other programs of this visit.

The next part of the trip includes visiting Golestan University of Medical Sciences to open the health innovation center and learn about the progress made in the innovation center.

Then Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources will host Sattari and the accompanying staff. In this university, there are plans to visit the knowledge-based and technology companies of the growth center and to review the progress of the university's innovation complex project.

The one-day trip will end with the meeting of knowledge-based economy and production leap and the architectural operation of Gonbad Kavous Factory will be started via a video conference.
